Metro Interfaith Services has changed its admission policy as directed
by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements
(Click here for more information about HUD).
Metro Interfaith Services is setting aside 40 percent of its vacancies
for households whose incomes do not exceed the following limits,
depending on household size:
- 1 person - $12,200
- 2 persons -$13,950
- 3 persons -$15,700
- 4 persons -$17,450
- 5 persons -$18,850
- 6 persons -$20,250
- 7 persons- $21,650
- 8 persons -$23,050

Applicants that meet the above income limits will be given a priority
for admission into Metro Interfaith Services, placed higher on the
waiting list and be admitted in advance of non-priority applicants.
