4 Munsell Street is next door to our other Munsell Street location, this building provides 4 one-bedroom apartments for low income disabled/handicapped individuals. To be considered for housing applicants must meet income and disability limits and there may be a waiting list. Two apartments are located on the first floor; both accessible by stairwell and electric lift; two apartments on the second floor are accessible by stairwell only. Included in the rent is the use of coin laundry facilities and individual heat.
