Applicants must meet income eligibility as rents are HUD subsidized and due to the high demand for housing there may be a waiting list. Some of the many amenities include limited off street parking, laundry facilities, commissary, community room, and kitchen that serves a daily meal, greenhouse, and lounge with television and computer room for the residents.
