Enriched Housing Enriched Housing is a program that offers supportive services to elegible residents of Metro Plaza Apartments and Lincoln Court Apartments. Persons must be 65 or older or handicapped, live in Metro Plaza Apartments or Lincoln Court Apartments, and need assistance (as prescribed by a physician) for performing daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and/or personal care.
