Enriched Housing is a program that offers supportive services to elegible residents of Metro Plaza Apartments and Lincoln Court Apartments.

Who is Eligible?

Persons must be 65 or older or handicapped, live in Metro Plaza Apartments or Lincoln Court Apartments, and need assistance (as prescribed by a physician) for performing daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and/or personal care. Enriched Housing is available at Metro Plaza Apartments, 110 Chenango Place, Binghamton, NY and Lincoln Court Apartments, 21 New Street, Binghamton, NY.

The program is available to both Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients and self paying residents.
